Gradebook Items page, Grading Table "View" dropdown menu: Pressing the down arrow activates the next item in the drop down menu, so screen reader users cannot select from list.

Instead, pressing down arrow should result in item being read, with its selection activated by the space bar or Enter key.

My guess is that this will be a problem for all Gradebook dropdown menus.
