We are having accessibility problems with FCKEditor. Only the text box shows up in JAWS. The toolbar buttons are visible as code, but can't be interacted with. These issues make all the functionality of the editor unaccessible (aside from plain text). The problems with the screen reader reading out the code of the editor make even just using the text box frustrating.
