With IE 7.0.5730.11 and JAWS 8.0.2173, the Add and Action hover menus in the Resources tool do not appear correctly. They are not being recognized as mouse-over menus, and the links within aren't being read by JAWS. A user referenced a mouse-over menu on our library site that does work fine (http://www.rice.edu/fondren/).
We created an interim solution by making the menus always visible and just positioning them off-screen until hover with CSS.
