Problem:

When tabbing in Forms Mode, it is not possible to find the edit field where the message body is entered on the message composition page; it can, however, be found using the Forms List Dialogue.

Desired Behaviors:
Screen reader users should be able to tab to the edit field to enter text.

Joe, its not clear waht the problem or proposed solution are here? Could you expand your description?

using the forms mode of JAWS. My coworker was not even sure why this was happening. JAWS didn't seem to recognize the meesage body edit field as a form field.
