Confirmed on both our local Stanford instances and on http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8083/.

If you copy a Tests&Quizzes assignment from one site to another using the Import from Site tool in Site Info, it appears to be copied correctly. However, if you edit any question in the copied assignment, it is by default moved to the last part of the assignment.

Attempts to rearrange questions and move them back cause duplicate numbering mixups (see screenshot).
