Based on UC Davis QA results, 6/18/07:

The send email feature under "Scores" within "Tests & Quizzes" will not function if the name of the person has an apostrophe in it. For example, Vernon O'Connor (email add vloconnor@ucdavis.edu) and Thomas O'Connor (email add tvoconnor@ucdavis.edu) cannot be sent email via that function. Clicking on the link simply 'flashes' the page back to the main "Scores" page.

The link present under other names will allow a window to open that permits writing and sending an email to that named person.

UCDavis QA team tested both this Jira and ~~SAK-11108~~ at the same time. Both passed.

repeated on server OSP nightly build
SVN trunk+OSP on HSQLDB - Built: 08/15/07 01:30 - Sakai Revision: 34007 - Server "sakai-sand.uits.iupui.edu"
e-mail - can't send e-mail but looks like sakaistu1 would work (got e-mail window) but same problem as always with o'connor
re-take - allowed re-take for both...logged in as each to make sure, ok

repeated on server SVN HSQLDB
