This patch allows a user to search for sites in the Admin Sites tool by a User Id as well as an Internal Id. The need for this functionality came from Georgia Tech during their engagement with Unicon. The patch includes modifications for the eclipse .classpath as well as a new dependency in the maven pom.xml for the site-tool.

SearchSitesByUserId.txt patches the pre-2.5 trunk.

SAK-10299--2-4-1.diff patches the 2.4.1 tag.

The two diffs are effectively identical, excluding slightly different build configurations related to the switch from Maven 1 to Maven 2.
