Description

« Hide

MyWorkspace Portfolio tool aggregates portfolios for all worksites. All portfolios that are shared or owned will appear in My Workspace tool.

Permissions are based on originating worksite.

Users are not allowed to add porfolios within the MyWorkspace worksite.

Beth,

Should I be able to see and use the aggregrated portfolio and matrix view on nightly? I created a portfolio site, added some users, had a user create a portfolio and share it. But I don't see anything in my workspace. Do I need to do something to turn this feature on?

Matrices wouldn't show up in My Workspace without having a default permission to use or view matrices. I'll re-open ~~SAK-10672~~. In the meantime, this can be worked around by updating the permissions in the Realms tool.

Hi Beth,

I created an portfolio site with a matrix and gave myself all permissions as a coordinator and I still don't see the matrix tool in My Workspace. I also created a participant account with the "use" permission and nothing shows up there either. Am I doing something wrong. You can see my setup by logging into nightly with the following username/password: leward/leward. The participant account is leward-student/leward.

After a user's workspace has been created, you'll need to edit the realm for that user's 'My Workspace'. I've done this for the leward & leward-student users (osp.matrix.scaffolding.use is now set for "maintain") and the Matrix tool is displayed.

Tasks for 2.5.0 have been completed. We're nearing the end of the QA cycle and A lot of general regression testing has been going on for the past few months - the changes have likely been reviewed via this method of testing
