Since Flash (and swfupload) uploads all files as "application/octet-stream", we should switch from taking the browser's word on the incoming file's MIME-type to basing it on the file extension. (I'd been thinking this was a good idea anyway so as to avoid conflicts between browsers, as previously enjoyed in GAL-69.)
