I am the Director of Outreach for the OSLO Research Group at Utah State University. Currently we are funded by the Hewlett foundation to create eduCommons--a content management system for publishing opencourseware sites on the Web. Our instance of opencourseware (http://ocw.usu.edu) is the first opencourseware site that uses eduCommons, though we are actively working with several universities to deploy eduCommons as well.

We are VERY interested in working closely with Sakai to make it easy for Sakai users to create opencourseware offerings to compliment their LMS installations.
