Loosely-Coupled Sakai

Session 013

Ray Davis

Thursday
8:30 am-9:45 am
Room: Rm406

Session Abstract

The 2005 Sakai Gradebook and Section Info projects successfully met specifications within their target dates with a relatively small number of reported bugs. However, some of the teams' practices varied considerably from earlier Sakai tool development efforts.

This presentation will describe a proven (but controversial) approach to reliable rapid delivery of complex new applications within a large and volatile framework.

It took a bit longer than the promised week, but I've finally added a written version of the presentation to the Sakai-Dev space.
