These dates for the major activites look fine to me - as long as we can hit the deadline for turning the proposals round and getting the program together around mid October.
Are all sessions going to be the same duration/format? That makes the program easier to put together as there are fewer room constraints and timing mismatches, but it makes for a rather homogeneous feel, and some topics are better suited to panels, workshops than direct presentations.
