Session Abstract
Indiana University strategically established ambitious goals to blaze a production trail with Sakai supplanting numerous legacy systems. Critical to the success of this effort was an aggressive migration timeline, alignment of numerous resources allocated to the project, an unyielding adherence to high quality production standards, and a passionate commitment to community source. Unique challenges faced and resolutions employed will be covered.
