Welcome/Why here?
Intros with ice-breaker
UI DG overview: related working groups, how to get involved
Goal: Make everybody comfortable, feel included, help people understand what's been going on with UI discussion group. Get them grounded.
--Prioritization activity --1hr,15min

[Need to already have list of issues. Need to make sure we understand what they are. Already have removed duplicates? Any other processing?]
Kano-type exercise: rate along 2 axes (painfulness/frequency)--Daphne potential lead for this
Goal: come up with top issues to flesh out in next activity (break out session)

Evaluate the issue to come up with next steps? (Do we want to give them options for next steps: e.g. put in requirements if not already a requirement, propose specific user research, start to design....)
Goal: ?Get to a point where can discuss in 90 minute session later in week with developers? Feed back into Sakai requirements?
