Process Documents

The Sakai Requirements process is one of gathering ideas and suggestions on what should be done and organizing them so that they can be turned into a work project aimed at a release. This is best understood by reading the Documents associated with the WG:

  1. WG Project Oversight Proposal
  2. Requirements WG Charter
  3. Requirements Practice Document
  4. Glossary

The Requirements Working Group was chartered to define a requirements gathering and prioritization process for Sakai. There is a review process for gathering and prioritizing requirements, as well as feedback on the process from its first run-through while gathering community guidance for Sakai 2.2. See also Requirements Process Notes.

The clumping and clustering teams and Participants oversee the ongoing activities of review and organizing requirements.

Results of last year's work is available at 2007 Requirements Review Report
