Sakai uses a variety of development tools including Maven, Eclipse, Subversion, and others. These pages are designed to give Sakai specific practices in how to use these tools to develop software for the project.

Easy Eclipse is available for those who would rather not subscribe to myEclipse. This version is free and contains all the necessary plug-ins to do server side development (Tomcat deployment, JSP code completion, Subversion, etc.).
