Programmers Cafe: The simplest possible Sakai tool

Session Abstract
This is Part One of an extended workshop will take a Java programmer through the process of creating a fully functional Sakai tool from scratch. The workshop lasts the entire day and the code for the entire tool will be written during the workshop. Sakai best practices and tool development using the Eclipse IDE will be demonstrated. Audience: Sakai developers The workshop will consist of 5 sessions: 1. Simplest Sakai tool 2. Using the Sakai framework 3. Using JSF (Java Server Faces) 4. Persistence (Hibernate) 5. Testing (Junit)
