Session Abstract

If you want to transition to Sakai from another system, you have a lot to take into account: Evaluating Feature Gaps, Assembling a Team, Managing Expectations, Importing Data, Running a Pilot, Supporting Users, Measuring Progress, and Maintaining Parallel Systems, among others. Zach Thomas will describe project practices that have worked at Texas State, a public university with 25,000 students.
