Session Abstract
The Yale Classes*V2 team (local branding for Sakai at Yale http://classesv2.yale.edu) will present a summary of Sakai's deployment on campus. Besides a historical narration of what we've done we'll also touch on local architecture, governance, and support structure.
What to Expect?
This presentation will be:
- Informal with a premium on audience particpation and answering your questions
- Heavy on governance, collaboration and on campus adoption
- Short on heavy technical details
- Some information on staffing, budget and resources
- Focused on what we think we've learned and where we're headed
