Optimize Sakai Server - Java Memory, Performance and the Garbage Collector

Speaker(s): Ken Sipe, Perficient

Session Abstract

Often memory utilization and heap sizes are an after thought and are not recognized until the application is in production. When the OutOfMemory Error occurs, often the science of development seems to break down and knobs are turned.

Optimize your Java application server with a proper understanding of memory management and proper memory configuration.
