Increasing Sakai Adoption - Time to Seize the Opportunity as a Community

Speaker(s): Mike Zackrison, The rSmart Group (About Me - scroll down)

Session Abstract

Is more Sakai adoption a good or bad thing for the community? Surprisingly there are some in the community who don't think broad adoption of Sakai is important. This presentation explores why Sakai adoption is good and what we as a community can do to encourage more adoption.

The presentation also shared information gathered through a research study of CMS attitudes and Sakai adoption conducted by The rSmart Group in September 2007.
