Session Abstract

Collecting student feedback is easy - analysing it and taking action is hard. We wish to discuss the experiences of participants in conducting web-based teaching evaluation and formulate recommendations how to make the most of both quantitative (numerical rating) and qualitative (student comment) feedback in large datasets.
