Session Abstract

Posts to the ETUDES Consortium Project community-based support boards range from questions about tools, workarounds for unsupported features, best practices and pedagogy questions, to bug reports: "Blue Dot Won't Go Away! but, I am no longer in chat," "Is This Trick Safe?" and "Students say the quiz is missing." Join us as we demonstrate how we are using Sakai to support users and build a supportive community.
