I think we need to understand how our user (Instructor/ Student) see this tool as, his environmental constraints and more importantly understand their persona. These mockup focuses more on defining the tool for both Student and Instructor.
The 'Assignment Authoring' part is not included in this document, the details of which were posted earlier in multi-step-add.pdf document.
