There are three accessibility protocols for Sakai, which in combination help identify accessibility issues and solutions for their resolution.
They are:
Test Protocol for Firefox Browser and the Firefox Accessibility Extension
Test Protocol for the WAVE 3.5 Evaluation tool
Test Protocol for the JAWS Screen Reader.
There is also a protocol that combines the Firefox Accessibility Extension and WAVE 3.5 (Recommended).
